5th Dimension Communication（以下稱為 5DC）是一項基於行動的計劃，除了 Chris Chen 和 5DC 教練團隊最高水平的 90 天支持之外，您還將獲得 90 天的綜合指導計劃。

通過 5DC 計劃，我們已為你的成功做好準備。為了證明我們對5DC的培訓和指導的信心，我們專門為我們的 5DC 學員客戶提供具有多層擴展保證級別。我們希望確保只要您完成該計劃並實施我們的教學和指導的方法，您就不會有任何損失！

您現在唯一擔心的就是如何簽單簽到手軟，以下就是您加入 5DC 計劃將得到的保障：

退款保證政策

  • 只有效於完成全數付款之5DC學員(部分付款/只付訂金之學員不受退款保證政策保障)

  • ​註冊 5DC 學習計劃的每個學員都可以使用。

  • 激活您的會員資格並完成整個計劃。如果您在完成該計劃後沒有從您的初始投資中獲得收入，我們將投入我們自己的金錢和時間來確保您實現我們的承諾。或者向我們展示您在您的業務中積極參與和實施我們的方法，我們將退還您所投資5DC Program之金額及你於Program 期間內所賺取之收入之差額，只會扣除您初始付款的 5% 的在線支付附加費。

由於 5DC 是一個基於行動的指導計劃，您必須執行和實施您從 5DC 學到的所有新策略和方法，才有資格獲得您在註冊時獲得的任何級別的保證。

不過別擔心，我們了解您的日程安排有多忙，因此您只需執行以下 3 個簡單步驟：

1. 100% 完成了 90 天的 5DC 在線培訓（完成狀態取決於會員後台電腦統計數字為準)，並在上述時間範圍內按照支持小組的5DC 教練團隊的指示進行相關計劃課程工作。

2. 參加由主席導師 Chris Chen 主持的 1 對 1 指導，確保你有完成以下所有工作：每天至少與您的潛在客戶進行 1 次拜訪和 1 次接洽，在您的日常客戶案例中實際使用 5DC 銷售技巧的方法，遵循每日5DC教練團隊的指導以及與5DC教練團隊的日常案例回顧。

3.遵循 5DC 方法並跟踪您的銷售和案例。與您的潛在客戶至少 2 次與 Chris Chen 或 5DC 教練團隊進行聯合銷售策略。

如果由於某些非常意外或罕見的原因，您無法在課程和會員資格開始後的 90 天內實現任何銷售或行動，您必須與我們按照5DC 計劃中的支援小組或教練團隊聯繫我們，Chris 和他的教練團隊將審查您的策略、日常活動和技能，以便我們可以在必要時升級，讓您通過升級後的培訓取得成功。

到所有這一切結束時，如果您仍然無法按照我們的保證承諾收回您的投資金額，我們將根據您符合條件的保證等級向您退款，並必須在整個培訓完後14 天內通過電子郵件收到您的請求並顯示您 3 個月的工資或佣金證明您在加入 5DC 計劃後仍無法收回項目投資金額。

根據您的學習出勤率、進度和 5DC 計劃中教授方法的實施情況，您將有資格獲得上述退款。在您的資格獲得批准後，5DC 團隊將通知您，您的合格退款將在 30 個工作日內安排。

5DC Programme Guarantee Policy

The 5th Dimension Communication ( called 5DC ) is an action based program where you shall receive a comprehensive 90 days coaching program in addition to Chris Chen and the 5DC Coach Teams’ highest level of support for 90 days.

With the 5DC program, you are all set up for success. To demonstrate our confidence in our training and coaching, we are offering extended levels of assurance with multiple tiers of guarantees exclusively for our 5DC customers. We want to ensure that as long as you follow through with the program and implement our methodologies shared and coaching, you will have nothing to lose!

Your only worry now would be on how to spend the new fortunes that you shall make, and this is how you shall be protected by joining the 5DC program:

Refund Guarantee Policy

  • This is available to everyone who enrols into the 5DC program.

  • Activate your membership and go through the entire program. If you have not earn in revenue your initial investment upon completing the program, we will either invest our own money and time to make sure you achieve our promise…or show us your active participation and implementation of our methodologies in your business and we shall refund you the partial investment ( the investiment you made and the income you make during the program period ) , but with deducted the online payment surcharge 5% of your initial payment.

Since 5DC is an action based program you must execute and implement all the new strategies and methodologies you have learnt from 5DC to become eligible for any tiers of guarantee that you have been admitted into at the time of enrolment.

Do not worry though, we understand how busy your schedules are so you shall only need to follow these 3 simple steps:

1: 100% Completed the 90 days of 5DC online training ( finish status depends upon the membership counting system) and followed the instructions of 5DC coach team in a delicate support group with the relevant program course work in the said time frame.

2: Attended 1 on 1 coaching sessions hosted by Chris Chen ensure to do all of the followings: do at least 1 visit and 1 approach per day with your potential clients, practically used the methodologies of 5DC selling skills on your daily client cases, following the daily coaching by the 5DC coach team as well as review on the daily cases with 5DC coach team.

3: Follow through with 5DC methodologies and track your sales and cases. Joint calls with Chris Chen or the 5DC Coach team at least 2 times with your potential clients.

If for some very strange reasons, you are unable to achieve any sales 90 days from the course and membership commencing, you must contact us with the supporting group you have implemented as advised within the 5DC program, Chris and his coach team shall review your strategies, daily activities, and skills so we can upgrade where necessary for you to succeed with a reformed training.

By the end of ALL this, if you are still not able to recoup your investments per our guarantee promises, we will refund you based on your eligible tier of guarantee, upon receiving your request via email 14 days with showing your 3 months salary or commission proof that you are still not able to recoup your investments after joining 5DC programme.

You shall be eligible for the said refund based on your program attendance, progress and implementation of the methodologies as taught in the 5DC programs. Upon approval of your eligibility, the 5DC team shall inform you and your eligible refund shall be arranged within 30 working days.

**If you do not receive a response from the team within 36 hours, it is likely your mail has not reached us, please be persistent and reach out to your dedicated consultant or ask for assistance in the delicate support group.

**If you were not able to submit your request within the said time frame, 5DC and Chris reserves the right to disqualify your eligibility to participate in the guarantee tiers

**In the case of any disputes, Chris Chen and 5DC Team reserves the right of final decision

**In case of any discrepancy between the English and the Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
